We are looking for **Field Support Technicians to provide onsite support.***

**NOTE: You must have**:

- Australian Citizenship
- Current driving license as some offsite support required in Sydney area
- No work from home flexibility

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix and desk-side software support.
- Provide support for laptops, desktops and monitors
- Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent customer service
- IOS/Android mobile support
- ITIL/Service Now
- Current driving licence as some offsite support required in Sydney area

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficiencies in data analysis and a basic understanding of technical concepts
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
