We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Cashrewards. **About the role at Cashrewards** Our Technical Leads are involved in leading technical teams through different project phases from defining functional, non-functional, and operational requirements, to planning, governance, and quality control. The role will involve defining conceptual architectures and develop solution options that match meet requirements and partnering with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions. This role will be tasked with managing our cloud environments & subscriptions along with working with engineering & product owner peers to build & maintain automated build and deployment pipelines. You’ll take care to utilise infrastructure-as-code methods to ensure we can reliably upgrade, operate, or even recover our cloud environments if we needed to. **Seniority** Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required. **Responsibilities** - Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity - Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights. - Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals **Strengths** - Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems - Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals - Creativity - Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that's right for them.
