We’re looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead in our dynamic Platform Engineering team. The primary focus for this position will support the build of our API and Cloud Platform under Marketplace Foundations and manage a team of engineers.

Who are you?
- Proven experience mentoring engineers, leading DevOps teams, and collaborate effectively across Product, Data, and Technology departments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure solutions for high-traffic, mission-critical systems.
- Proven track record in optimising cloud resources, engineering processes, and DevOps practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Expertise in leveraging monitoring tools, analytics, and observability practices to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Extensive hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), emphasising cloud-native services and best practices.
- Skilled in fostering a DevOps culture, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Adept at seamlessly integrating Agile methodologies with DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment cycles.
- Significant experience in developing and maintaining internal developer platforms, enhancing team productivity and streamlining workflows
