YES MATE CLEANING SERVICES is one of WA’s fastest-growing commercial cleaning companies, servicing national brands, retail stores, offices, medical centres, warehouses and NDIS clients. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated and confident **Sales & Client Representative** to help grow our portfolio and strengthen our client relationships.

**About the Role**

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, conducting site walkthroughs, creating quotes, and building long-term business partnerships. You will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into clients, and supporting the onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and convert new commercial cleaning clients
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs and understand client requirements
- Prepare quotes, proposals and service agreements
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho)
- Attend client meetings, networking events and scheduled visits

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident meeting clients face-to-face
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience in cleaning or facilities is helpful but not required

**What We Offer**
- Salary**:$55,000-$85,000 per year + uncapped commissions**:

- Fuel allowance + phone allowance
