**This role will include**:
- Inbound calls to provide product support to patients in an empathetic and engaging manner
- Liaise with clinicians, technicians, and company representatives
- Follow up on outbound calls and administration tasks
- Actively making suggestions to management with opportunities for company and systems improvement

**Experience required**:
- A background in Customer Service/Call Centre
- Keen interest in the Medical industry
- Must have the ability to commit to a 12-month contract
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to show empathy and remain calm under pressure
- All on-boarding and inductions will be done remotely due to current circumstances so you will need to be Tech-savvy, able to pick up new systems quickly
- A fantastic, can-do attitude and passion for helping others
