Western Health has been appointed by government to govern and oversee the COVID-19 Vaccination Hubs for the western metropolitan region. The COVID-19 Vaccination Program will be a fixed term business unit. The operational management of vaccination hub is led by the Operations Manager, COVID Vaccination Program. The role works in close liaison with Infection Prevention, Infectious Diseases, the Western Public Health Unit (WPHU), COVID Operations, external health services and stakeholders to deliver a safe, efficient and effective vaccination program for the region.

**The Position**
The Outreach Coordinator, COVID-19 Vaccination Program will oversee the development, implementation, day to day operation, management and care standards of targeted off-site outreach and in reach COVID-19 vaccination services and testing activities in collaboration with the Operations Manager, COVID-19 Vaccination Program.

**About You**
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a customer-service or project coordination role.
- Experience developing and maintaining positive and strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across different sectors.
- Experience in project coordination including the ability to meet tight deadlines, problem solve and attention to detail.
- Experience in meeting reporting requirements including via data management systems and presenting summary reports to funder and/or other external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills including high level of administrative skills including Microsoft suite; particularly excel.
