**About the role**

As Tours and Outreach Booking Coordinator you play a key role in the successful operations of the Tours and Customer Service Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and booking various tours and outreach programs, overseeing scheduling, and providing detailed reports using geographic and demographic statistics to support the development of strategic initiatives and feed into departmental reports.

You will also work closely with the team to provide outstanding customer service to the many visitors to Parliament House and oversee the internal mail service.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is tech savvy and particularly proficient in using booking platforms and visitor registration systems. Experience using business intelligence or analytics software would also be highly regarded. You enjoy being a part of a quick paced and high functioning team and have great verbal communication skills.
