**Role Overview**:
As a Beauty Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for managing appointments, providing information on our services, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure every client feels valued and well taken care of.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and manage reception area efficiently.
- Handle phone and online bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Provide clients with information on available treatments, services, and promotions.
- Process client payments and manage transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with client inquiries, product recommendations, and follow-up communications.
- Support our team of beauty therapists and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining records.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic beauty treatments and services is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.

Pay: $27.08 - $33.04 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
