Consultant - Operational Consulting

**Your new role**
The focus of this role is to work within the Operational Consulting team to provide operational consulting services to JANA’s institutional investor base in the area of operational diligence, custody and governance and provide support to JANA’s Operational Consulting and Investment Research teams.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Operational Research;
- Operational Due Diligence of Asset Managers and Outsource providers;
- Governance Research;
- Production and delivery of reporting;
- Direct client and asset manager interactions;
- Business development participation

**About you**
As a Consultant at JANA, you are an outstanding written and verbal communicator, who is intellectually curious with a growth mindset.

You have strong people skills with an ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You have the ability to identify gaps in operational processes and can demonstrate the ability to contribute to the overall operational strategy as well as produce reports and present in front of various stakeholders. You have flexible and adaptive problem solving skills and a passion for service delivery excellence to achieve business objectives.

You have a client centric mindset and are committed to exceeding expectations. Able to work independently or as part of a team, you work collaboratively and positively to achieve a common goal, hopefully with a sense of humour and ready to challenge the status quo.

A relevant tertiary qualification is desired alongside transferable work experience and skills.
