**The Position**

As a Recruitment Consultant at ROC Consulting Group, you will hold a pivotal role in bridging the gap between exceptional talent and outstanding career opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Seeking out new clients (mainly via phone prospecting) and pitching recruitment as service.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and business objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement to successful placement.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and market insights to provide valuable consultancy.

**About You**
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or a client facing B2B role (recruitment experience is a plus).
- Strong sales development skills - responsible for generating business.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with industry trends.
- A genuine desire to contribute to our collaborative and supportive team.
