**Your Skills**

**Business Insight & Analysis**
- Assessing client strategies and developing alternative pathways to achieve them.
- Undertaking elicitation to determine system agnostic business requirements.
- Understanding and utilising internal and external resources where appropriate to do so.
- Specifying effective business processes through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisational change.
- Demonstrating the ability to recognise and evaluate all business considerations before putting forth insights or recommendations.
- Selecting, adopting and adapting business analysis methods, tools and techniques to develop insights on client requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels for strategic assessment feasibility studies, and business cases.
- Collecting and analysing data to identify, evaluate and implement recommended options.
- Preparing deliverables with options for achieving client outcomes and identified business risks.

**Consulting & Communication**
- Understanding and interpreting client challenges.
- Undertaking targeted engagement to explore client issues and viable solutions.
- Willingness to explore and resolve complex topics - we don’t shy away from the difficult questions
- Designing, planning and executing work to time, cost and quality targets.

Facilitating stakeholder workshops and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrating leadership through clear formal and informal communications.
- Ability to tailor consulting approach to specific stakeholder groups.
- Collaboration with colleagues to ensure alignment in thinking and to resolve complex problems.

**Salary**: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
