Our client is a small team of highly successful Change Managers and Project Managers that are seeking an experienced Junior-Mid IT Project Coordinator to support a major project on-site for IT Transformations and Technology integrations.

You'll be working in a flexible environment and on-site clients office in Western Sydney (1-2 days onsite with hybrid model of working from home) to support day to day activities of the Project Services team with a proactive attitude in developing relationships with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is approaching early stages of their career and looking to kick-start their future growth. There is development opportunities for the right individual while working alongside a high performing team with over 20+ years IT experience within Project Services.

**Key skills required**:

- A minimum of 2+ years Project Officer or IT Project Coordination experience (Junior to Mid level).
- **Strong experience with MS Project Scheduling including updating schedule for tracking projects**:

- Strong operations or administration experience, including the review, collation and distribution of meeting papers and minutes.
- Continuous improvement and process improvement experience.
- Facilitation experience, scheduling workshops.
- Advanced user of relevant computer software programs to generate data, reports, charts and presentations (including MS Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Basic to intermediate user of JIRA, JIRA Agile and Confluence.
- Proven organisational skills including the ability to determine priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience in Infrastructure, Construction or Mining domains is highly advantageous
