**About us**
The Portable Long Service Authority is an independent statutory body established to administer the Long Service Benefits Portability Act 2018. With a field-based focus, the Regulatory Officer will undertake compliance and enforcement inspections and participate in investigations under the Long Service Benefits Act 2018 (Act) and Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations 2020 (Regulations). Within Victoria, the Regulatory Officer will deliver compliance and enforcement outputs, which may range from stakeholder education to statutory outcomes such as penalty notices and prosecutions and where required, provide evidence at courts and tribunals in the capacity of an Authorised Officer.
