- **Join an organisation that inspires people, enlivens communities, and confronts injustice.**
**About the role**
As our People & Culture Business Partner, you will build strong relationships with our people leaders to coach, advise, guide, and enable their leadership capabilities with workforce matters.
Putting your strong generalist HR skills to good use, you will provide strategic and operational support across the employee and volunteer lifecycle. **What’s on offer**
We believe in true flexibility, where you are measured on your achievements and outputs. You will need to visit other Uniting sites across Victoria to build relationships with your team and Portfolio stakeholders.
Yet we’re also established and set up for online and remote interaction; we will provide you with the tools. With service delivery across Victoria and Tasmania, you can be** located anywhere** and choose to work from home or a convenient Uniting site. Or you can head into our Melbourne CBD office and interact with the wider P&C Team.
In addition to receiving a salary ranging between **$90k - $100k and superannuation**, you’ll also receive** 17.5% leave loading** and access to the full **$15,900 salary packaging benefits**. There is also an option for **additional purchased leave** to increase your annual leave entitlements.
**About you**
You are self-reliant, think outside the square to solve problems, enjoy working autonomously whilst being part of a supportive and collaborative team, and have a curious mindset that sees you ask questions to understand more deeply. You thrive in complex environments that enable you to dig into your HR toolbox put together through experience in a diverse range of environments and life. You feel energized when you see your people leaders' capability grow as you coach, guide, and advise them.
You’ll also bring with you:
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience supporting multi-site locations in all people-related activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement skills, and capability-building experience, ideally through coaching or facilitating.
- Experience assisting in various change initiatives, including divestments, bringing on new services, realignment, and restructuring initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or related field.
