**Your Opportunity**:

- We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner to join our team - 12 month fixed term secondment replacement position. As a member of the RMH HR Operations Team you will work alongside a supportive, experienced and diverse team within a dynamic and flexible environment.

**About you**:

- Contribute to the overall provision of quality end to end generalist P&C Services across RMH
- Partner with people leaders to provide contemporary, innovative and accurate best practice advice and support on operational and strategic employee relations matters
- Provide People & Culture leadership, coaching, guidance and support to line managers and staff and assist in implementing a foundation of best practice across the division
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role together with strong communication and relationship building skills
