**Description**:
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and coordinate the implementation of an effective ripening program.
- Manage and liaise with key accounts to ensure that all customer expectations and specifications are met.
- Responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and processing customer orders to ensure timely delivery and quality control
- Stock movements and Inventory management.
- Inbound/outbound quality assurance.
- Daily reporting and general administration duties
**Skills and Experiences**:

- 3+ years of ripening experience is preferred.
- Valid Forklift License
- Ability to work Saturdays (6am starts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with using computers.
- A desire to continuously improve processes.
- Works well in a team environment
