**Packing Team Leader Position**

We have a new opportunity for someone to join our Leadership Team

This position will assist in providing essential support to the Production Managers, the Operation Manager, and the broader Lifestyle Bakery operations team to ensure production and productivity are accurate and service delivery is timely in keeping with customer expectations.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will maintain a ‘hands on’ practical role in the packing area, however you will also be entrusted with broader responsibilities including the following:

- The provision and monitoring of lines throughput standards including quality and turn-around times.
- Be part of a continuous improvement team
- Help in troubleshooting problems or equipment failures.
- Training, guidance and mentoring of 4- 20 people.

This position will best suit a positive person looking to take the next step in their career and will provide an excellent opportunity to display their skills and leadership abilities.

- demonstrate good written and verbal communication.
- able to demonstrate good computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word

This is a Full-Time position primarily on the morning shift. However, there will be times when you will be asked to participate in the other packing shifts.

Remuneration is Level 3 or 4 FBT Award, depending on experience, plus the Packing Team Leader loading and shift loadings as appropriate.
