**Position: Support Worker/Carer**

**Location: Pooraka, SA**

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in Pooraka, SA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

This client requires companion care, domestic assistance and transport services on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-4pm.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-4pm
- Must have some experience with dementia patients.
