We are seeking a professional
**Facilities Supervisor** to represent an internationally recognised Facilities Management brand, for a contract opportunity based in
**Holsworthy**.

This is a
**broad **and
**varied** position where you will be working closely with the Facilities Management team to efficiently manage the day-to-day facilities, stakeholder management and operations of the building. You will foster key relationships and provide a high quality of customer service across the business.
**This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands on experience and progress your facilities career**

**In this position you will be**:

- First point of call for all internal stakeholders in regards to Facilities Management related queries
- Action, delegate and manage all maintenance requests
- Manage the day to day building vendor relationships
- Co-ordinate tradesmen and vendors providing services to the tenancy
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure payment

This role will suit a proactive, self - motivated professional with the ability to self-manage and take ownership of their work with demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building experience skills. To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a
**facilities/building management or property management background.**
