Sydney- Ancillary Areas- Contract or TemporaryOur client is a global investments company seeking a Facilities Coordinator/ Supervisor to join their Sydney team.
- This is an initial 12 month contract with a possibility of turning into a permanent role._

**Key responsibilities**:

- Facilities management
- People management
- Vendor management
- Risk management
- Financial management
- Teamwork

Position purpose: Maintenance management of service providers and providing onsite general support for systems

**Qualifications and training**:

- Good knowledge of Building Services; utilities and facilities infrastructure
- A recognised industry OH&S qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH is an advantage
- Proven delivery of high quality customer services and client focused approach

**Job skills and knowledge**:

- Multitasking and good time management
- Strong PC skills
- Strong commercial acumen and management of vendors
- Strong financial acumen and proven delivery of value for money services and projects
- Proven problem solving skills and innovative approach
- Customer focused and adaptable, with the ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and peers
