Management of maintenance contracts to maintain the assets and identification and resolution of issues

**Your new role**
This is a client side Facilities / Maintenance Supervisor role where you will be responsible for the management of maintenance contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely identification and resolution of services and/or asset related issues involving contractors are maintained so that all assets are fit for purpose

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have good communications skills, an eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to monitor and review trade performance ensuring maintenance tasks are completed as required, to code and scope.
Ideally you will have a trade background or solid experience in electrical, plumbing or carpentry.

**What you'll get in return**
This role is a client side role paying $52/hr plus super. It will initially be a 3 moth assignment with a view to extention
