**Cleaning Supervisor - 12-Month Contract Position

$76,000 + Super

**Your new company**

You would be joining one of Australia’s oldest non-for-profit aged care provider. They are looking for a cleaning supervisor to join of their aged care facilities to support their cleaning and laundry team.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for supporting the clearing and laundry staff at the aged care facility, which consists of 11 staff and 130 beds.

Your responsibilities but not excluding to:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are being met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the current staff to achieve a cohesive and effect workgroup.
- Schedule cleaning staff and assign work.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage consumable supplies for tearoom, bathroom, and common areas.
- Ensure compliance within safety regulations

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Police check
- Previous cleaning supervisor experience and ideally experience working in aged care or healthcare.
- Diligent worker who is self-motivated, with a high level of detail and proactive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a team environment and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate any problems and contribute to identifying a solution
- Experience with cleaning standards.
