**About the role: (You will have some experience and be introduced too)**
- Supporting customers with entry level technical support queries
- Supporting customers with entry level product queries
- You have the ability to clearly communicatee via written and oral English
- Coordinate technicians
- Create Edit and Maintain Service Job Status within your team
- Fault finding, troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues over the telephone
- Excellent data entry accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and also on autonomous tasks

**You bring**:

- Current Australian Drivers Licence - no public transport available
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to collaborate with a variety of different colleagues internally and externally
- Fault finding and troubleshooting experience (or be a logical thinker)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently on challenging problems
- Understanding of Streaming Services such as KAYO, FOXTEL, NETFLIX etc
- Knowledge and experience in connecting devices such as phones, ipads etc to WiFi Networks
- Reliable, Punctual and a bright bubbly ready for work attitude

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
