Business Transformation Manager

As the Business Transformation Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the transformation program for Global Airports. You will develop and lead strategic projects targeting sustained transformation benefit. You will design business solutions, convert these into tactical execution plans and be responsible for overseeing the plan delivery and tracking of benefits realisation. You will partner with key stakeholders and contribute to transformation targets by adding new opportunities into the Transformation Pipeline and actively manage these opportunities to completion.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Change Management, or equivalent industry experience coupled with project management experience / business improvement capability.- Strong influencing and relationship management skills and excellent communication skills through presentations, speeches, meetings.- Experience in developing and implementing strategy within a business unit.- Proactive, robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage challenges and remain focussed with a high level of energy and commitment.- A clear, strong approach to benefits realisation and speed of execution.- Exceptional professionalism and strong ability to ‘make things happen’.
