We're looking for a Transformation Manager to lead and oversee Suncorp’s AI and technology transformation agenda. In this role, you’ll coordinate governance forums, drive strategic alignment, and support change across business, finance, tech, and risk teams. You’ll also lead reporting on transformation progress, support cultural and change management efforts, and help foster innovation across the business. Strong stakeholder engagement and a passion for driving meaningful change are key to success in this role.

**What you’ll do**

The Transformation Manager leads governance, change, and strategic alignment for Suncorp’s AI and digital transformation initiatives. This includes:

- Governance & Oversight: Manage forums like the AI Council, AI Initiatives Committee and Working Group, ensuring strategic alignment, accountability, and compliance
- Change Management: Partner with Innovation and People & Culture to drive adoption, engagement, and cultural shift toward AI and digital capabilities
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure transformation programs support enterprise goals, manage dependencies, and prioritise high-value initiatives
- Progress Reporting: Deliver clear updates to leadership through dashboards and reports, tracking progress, risks, and benefits
- Innovation & Improvement: Promote a test-and-learn culture, support pilots, and embed continuous improvement across programs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison across business units, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
- Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and issues in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Data Science or related field (essential)
- 5+ years’ experience in portfolio management, finance, governance, or AI transformation (essential)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and business cases
- Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in AI, digital transformation, governance, or innovation projects
- Background in large-scale business, tech, or data roles—ideally in financial services
- Recent experience in managing large, complex programs
