**Your role will include**:

- Responsible for leading the operational support team and the delivery and implementation of IT Services.
- Hands on technical expeirnce in Networking including reviewing site network's and providing recommendations to ensure service continuity.
- Engage both internal and external stakeholders to provide services based on business requirements.
- Disaster recovery management.
- IT asset lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners, vendors, and manufacturers.

**Your experience will include**:

- Hands on technical experience in Networking.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership positions leading support teams.
- Demonstrated experience small internal teams and external service delivery partners/ vendors.
- Recognised IT Professional certifications
- Experience with Microsoft technology stack: Azure, AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Office 365 would be advantageous.
