Skyy Network is scaling fast. We’re launching complex, global drone operations supported by our native technology that is redefining what’s possible with unmanned aviation. As we enter a phase of rapid growth, we’re looking for a **driven, high-agency Global Operations Manager** to lead, build, and deliver.

This role reports **directly to the COO** and will own the performance of regional teams, systems, and processes across international missions in Europe, Asia and beyond. **What You’ll Do**
- **Oversee & Enable Global Operations** - Support and lead Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) to ensure seamless, safe, and compliant missions across multiple countries
- **Implement, Manage & Improve Systems** - Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, tooling, and scalability
- **Lead & Mentor Teams** - Build a high-performing culture of learning, accountability, and innovation, while fostering a ‘just’ aviation culture.
- **Solve Problems at Pace** - Remove barriers and proactively resolve issues across staffing, logistics, tech, and customers
- **Engage with Key Stakeholders** - Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers, and internal partners

**What You Bring**

**Essential**
- Proven experience in **crewed or un-creweed aviation operations**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Willingness to **travel internationally, frequently, and at short notice**:

- A proactive mindset with a **bias for action and impact**

**Preferred**
- Experience **managing managers and remote teams**:

- Familiarity with **aviation regulatory frameworks** in multiple jurisdictions
- A relevant degree (valued, but not essential—**experience matters more**)
- Time spent in **high-growth, high-trust environments** (e.g. startups, scaleups, field ops)

**Salary & Benefits**

**Salary**: A competitive package will be offered in the range of **[$85,000 - $105,000 AUD]**, commensurate with your experience and the value you bring
