**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR at Katzen Financial Group, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound lead generation and qualifying inbound leads. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with small business owners across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads for commercial loan opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads through initial conversations to assess their business needs and fit for our services
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients through effective research, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and commercial loan products
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (preferably in finance or B2B industries)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Interest or experience in finance, particularly small business financing, is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
