We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Group Educational Compliance Manager to oversee and drive compliance across our Early Learning Centre and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that the Pacific Group of Christian Schools meets all statutory, regulatory, and quality standards—supporting our commitment to outstanding educational outcomes and safe, nurturing environments for children, all in alignment with our mission.

This is a part time (0.6 FTE) role, commencing at earliest convenience.

**The Pacific Group of Christian Schools Limited** runs nine independent Christian Schools with membership with the AIS NSW. The central administration operates from Dural, NSW out of the Pacific Hills Christian School. Our total enrolment across the Pacific Group is approximately 2500 students and we administer mainstream K-12, Special Needs Schools, and one Special Assistance Aboriginal School based in Tweed Heads NSW. All the Schools in the Pacific Group emphasise excellence and growth in Christian character with its vision being ‘to provide a Christian educational community as a centre of teaching, learning, and serving excellence founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour'. **Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Ability to articulate and model a Christian worldview and integrate Christian values into early childhood education and leadership.
- Degree or a Diploma in Early Education & Childcare Care/OOSH
- Extensive experience in ELC and/or OOSH services
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF (V2.0), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks specifically; National Law, National Quality Framework (NQF), Child Protection Legislation, Work, Health and Safety Legislation (WH&S) etc
- Proven experience and skills in the following areas: Childcare and early education, communication, leadership and influence, compliance planning and management, and audit skills
- Certificate CHCPRT025 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
- Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and CPR
- Leadership and training facilitation skills to drive professional development

**Responsibilities will include**:

- **Driving Excellence in Compliance**: Ensure our centres exceed all requirements of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law, and National Regulations, as well as relevant NSW and Australian legislation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular comprehensive audits, monitor compliance, and generate insightful reports to keep our services at the forefront of quality and safety.
- **Being a Trusted Advisor**: Provide expert guidance and strategic support to ELC Directors, empowering them to deliver outstanding educational outcomes.
- **Championing Continuous Improvement**:Develop and implement policies that drive educational excellence and foster a culture of ongoing improvement.
- **Communicating and Collaborating**: Build strong relationships, facilitate teamwork, and ensure open communication across all levels of the organisation.
- **Staying Ahead of Legislation**: Keep abreast of evolving laws and regulations, ensuring our services always operate with integrity and accountability.
