**About the Role**:
As an Educator at Mini Mates Dural, you will:

- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Support children's social and emotional development with warmth and care.
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulations, and Child Protection.
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.

**You must have or willing to obtain the following**:

- Working with Children Check registration
- Hold or working towards an approved Certificate III in early childhood education
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- Be committed to ongoing forms of team engagement to fit with our family orientated culture.
- Be an supportive team member.
- Be willing to build and maintain partnerships with families and communities.
- Knowledge on the EYLF, QNS and Child Protection.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Certificate III or working towards Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training *or willing to obtain.
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

Work Authorisation:
