Dural Golf Range Pty limited is looking for a Facilities Manage.

Dural Golf Driving Range Pty Ltd is a golf driving range which has been operating in Dural NSW for over 30 years. we are successful business that offers our clients to practice their golfing skills.

Our team of consists of professionals that look after clients and also the office administrations.

As a facilities manager your role will entail the following duties.
- Managing the tender process for contractor. Providing feedback to management on selection of relevant contractor.
- Managing and supervision of contractors when they are undertaking work at the facility.

.Organising services such as maintenance, cleaning, reception.

.Ordering of golf, food and drinks stock via the contractors.
- Undertaking financial evaluation of best and fair price for a contractor service.
- Plan for the growth and development of the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State laws for Occupational health and safety.
- Monitor the service agreements for contractor.
- Train staff where required on processes and procedures for the golf range.
- Assist in selection of new staff when required.
- Review existing internal policies and procedures and develop new ideas to improve productivity.

This is full time role at our facility.

Salary range - AUD$74,000 and above excluding superannuation.

Pay: $74,000.00 per year
