Since 2017, Worksmith has evolved from Australia’s first dedicated hospitality co-working space and incubator into an array of ventures, projects and initiatives.

Industry Membership - A resource for the hospitality industry to bring down the cost of doing business, gain access to R&D facilities and assist with the growth and engagement of employees.
Home Grown - An Australian cocktail company across e-commerce, and on/off-premise.
Melbourne Cocktail Festival - A week-long festival dedicated to celebrating venues, bartenders & brands in its 3rd year.

Key Objectives
- Responsible for the strategy, management and execution of Worksmith/Home Grown across your territory for all on-premise and off-premise channels
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set out by the Sales Manager
- Maintain a 8 week call cycle with 85% completion rate
- Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly meetings
- Develop and nurture relationships with venue operators, retailers and event organisers to ensure ongoing growth of the brand
- Host on and off premise consumer events
- Work closely with the logistics and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of the worksmith / Home Grown products
- Assist in training of key customers to ensure high execution of the products
Identify key partnership opportunities with:
- Pubs & Restaurants
- Event & Function Spaces
- Hotels, Cruise Ships & Resorts
- Sports Centres
- Retail
- Cafes
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Sales
- Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure CRM is kept up to date and being used to its full potential
- Review key distribution opportunities and execute strategy to maximise growth
- Account Management
- Manage and nurture current Home Worksmith/Home Grown accounts to ensure ongoing re-purchasing of product and engagement from consumers
- Strategise with the Sales Manager to develop innovative ways of growth with existing customers
- Implement and execute training programs in venues to assist with further sales
- Activations
- Assist the Brand & Marketing team in executing in-venue events
- Assist in executing and trade show events
- Distribution & Production
- Liaise with production and logistics team to ensure stock control is maintained and product is shipped in a timely manner
- Report any inventory discrepancies from our Wholesalers
- Create relationship with key wholesale personnel
- Training
- Work with the training team to deliver in-venue training
- Conduct training to ensure products are being executed at a high level
- Suggest and sell in wider training packages to key accounts
Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth experience in a similar role (ideally 3 years)
- Ability to create and execute strategies to meet and exceed the sales targets
- Ability to manage sales funnels using CRM
- Able to manage a larger territory of on and off premise customers
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry with an existing network
