Dynamic, fast-growing Fintech organisation is seeking a Communications Manager to join their collaborative team.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, this key role will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust communications program including PR, corporate communications and thought leadership, media relations, events and sponsorship delivery, and issues management with internal and external stakeholders to support the strategic direction.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Driving the development of media, communications and stakeholder engagement plans, strategies and initiatives
- Contributing to the marketing and communications strategy
- Delivering activities associated with the communications plan
- Providing robust media and issues management advice to the leadership team
- Creating and delivering original and engaging content across specific channels
- Developing and managing the Social Media plan and Communications schedule
- Report on the Communications plan progress and metrics

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or relevant
- 7 to 10 years relevant experience as a Communication Manager, ideally within a Fintech or Financial Services environment (in-house or communications agency)
- Proven experience in delivering creative and effective communications, PR and media strategies
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management
- A can-do mindset with high levels of tenacity, resilience and ability to work under pressure
