Job Description: Product Manager

Telestar Communications is seeking its first Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role in the maturity of our company as we expand our Managed Mobility Services (MMS), Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and other service offerings for enterprise and government customers such as IoT etc. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product definitions, strategy, roadmap, and execution across our solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Telestar's services and solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, service delivery and operations) to define and deliver product offerings.


• Commission market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.


• Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.


• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.


• Ensure alignment between product strategy and company financial/operational objectives.


• Support go-to-market planning, including sales enablement and marketing materials.


• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive enhancements and new initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field.


• 3+ years' experience in product management, ideally in IT services, SaaS, enterprise or telecoms landscape.


• Strong understanding of enterprise and/or government IT services and mobility, lifecycle device solutions.


• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


• Familiarity with financial modeling, pricing strategies, and go-to-market planning.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
