**YOUR IMPACT:

- Develop FIT-FOR-PURPOSE maintenance management frameworks aligned with QCS strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with operational teams to establish sound maintenance programs, scopes of work, contractor KPIs, schedules, and budgets.
- Drive EVIDENCE-BASED collection and analysis of facility/asset utilisation and maintenance data for commercially sound planning decisions.
- Prepare complex reports, briefing notes, business cases, and presentations to inform stakeholders up to Commissioner level.
- Establish PRODUCTIVE AND ETHICAL RELATIONSHIPS with external stakeholders like maintenance contractors and service providers.

YOU'LL NEED:

- STRATEGIC THINKING: Understanding of strategic directives and alignment with operational plans in a complex, high-security public sector organisation.
- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT PROWESS: Proven experience in contract negotiation and management of facility maintenance services.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Experience in project management methodologies, developing project schedules, and managing high-risk projects.
- LEADERSHIP THAT DELIVERS: Solid leadership skills in creating and maintaining effective teams and driving performance.
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: High-level interpersonal skills to build strategic relationships and negotiate on sensitive issues.
