**Job Description** Queen's Wharf Residences** are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance department on a** full-time**basis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Lead and execute the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.
- Provide hands-on support by performing repairs and maintenance as required across the property.
- Supervise and manage key service areas including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) best practices at all times.
- Oversee stock control and supplier management to maintain efficient operations.
- Prepare quotes, schedule, and manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) requests.
- Support the Hotel Manager in the recruitment and development of the Maintenance department team.

**Qualifications** The successful applicant will have**:

- Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
- Experience implementing a preventative maintenance program.
- Experience organising, consulting and negotiating with Contractors.
- Sound MS Office skills (including Excel spreadsheets and word documents)
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications combined with impeccable presentation.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, with some on call work on weekends.
- Building qualification will be highly regarded.
