About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director Maintenance Services, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the delivery, performance and improvement of all work undertaken by the Maintenance Services team in delivering critical asset performance. The Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Services will lead and manage a team of Trade Supervisors, technical tradespeople, Trades Assistants, Apprentices and contractors to deliver the preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance program for a large tertiary hospital. The role is directly responsible for productivity and efficiency in dealing with all maintenance requests and infrastructure facility management in accordance with Metro South Health's Asset Management maintenance operational standards and ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of the assets in delivering health care.
