About the Role:
Brand new opportunity for a Database Officer to join our team in Redfern, Sydney on a 6 month full time contract. Reporting to the
_Data Analytics Manager_ this role will be responsible for ensuring supporter data in the CRM database is well maintained so is of high quality and integrity, as well as providing data support to the wider fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data maintenance - data entry, integrity checks and supporter record updates.
- Data extraction and reporting - extracting, cleansing, merging, importing and reporting.
- Data segmentation and targeting - segmentation of the CRM (using queries) to assist with fundraising campaigns and preparing data files in excel for third parties.
- Data governance and compliance - build and maintain robust data hygiene standards and overall data governance.

About you:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Data/Computer Science or Commerce or similar preferred, or
- 3 years relevant working experience
- Database skills, including quality checks and data cleansing
- High level of computer literacy (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables))
- Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to data analysis and interpretation
- Expertise in Blackbaud solutions would be highly regarded (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM)
