**CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER**
As Customer Service Leader, the purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support sales by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
You will be responsible for delivering value throughout the customer life cycle, leading the Customer Service team and providing support to our Sales Team. With deep experience in customer service and sales administration, this role will drive highly engaged and successful customer outcomes.
The role requires liaising between customer service, sales, and supply teams to ensure that promises made are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
**1. Customer Service Support**
- Manage and oversee order delivery tracking and liaising with the customer, warehouse contact or sales rep regarding any freight or logistics enquiries where necessary
- Overseeing the maintenance of Customer records in the system
- Overseeing and completing daily processes as required including Order Fulfilments, Order Releases and other tasks
**2. Sales support**
- Managing daily and weekly reports to the Sales Team including budget tracking and other relevant reports to assist them managing monthly sales targets
- Overseeing the Sales Team Point of sales resources
- Put together sales reports for Sales Managers
- Sharing manifest reports daily with the Sales Team
- Required Skills and Experience_
- Previous experience in management teams
- Experience with NetSuite is essential
- Understand KPI management
- Computer literacy including MS Office and general skills with CRM database software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong accuracy skills when entering system data
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Strong problem-solving, organisation and time management skills
- Positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Product knowledge
Salary Offer: $ 70,000.00 plus super
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Redfern, NSW 2016: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
