What you’ll contribute to
The Aftersales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national parts and accessories activities including sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, Dealer support and warehouse operations in order to achieve sales volume, market share, profitability objectives and optimise warehouse operations to global best standards
The Planning Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating programs and events and for implementing and maintaining strategic activities and management systems. This role also coordinates stakeholder forums and manages policies, processes and communications across the Aftersales Division in order to achieve corporate objectives.
This role is based in Altona North and is on a Permanent basis.
How you’ll make an impact- Follow established planning processes in line with Toyota policies to support Aftersales Business Development goals.- Assist in developing policies and procedures for Aftersales programs and strategic initiatives to meet divisional targets.- Collect and analyse data to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Prepares and shares reports and milestone updates with stakeholders.- Track performance of Aftersales programs and events against set targets. Recommends improvements where needed to boost results.- Maintain reporting tools and systems to ensure timely and accurate information for decision-making.- Ensures tasks comply with internal policies and regulations, reducing risk and supporting Toyota’s compliance standards.
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, or a related field- 2+ years of cumulative experience in planning, coordination, or business support roles- Proven experience in event and project coordination, data analysis, and performance reporting- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills across cross-functional teams- Sound understanding of the automotive industry, including supply chain operations and the dealership network- Proficient in Excel and other business analysis tools for data driven planning and decision making
