Grays Health and Fitness is a well-established business that has been operating for over 25 years.

We specialise in reconditioning high-quality, second-hand commercial gym equipment and have an extensive range of stock in huge warehouses amounting to over 26,000 square feet of floor space.

We supply second hand commercial gym equipment to gyms, health clubs, personal trainer studios and many other institutions all over Australia.

**The role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced National Logistics Coordinator based in Altona North.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Freight bookings and enquiries
- Liaise with relevant freight companies on bookings and collections
- Assist with recording of bookings and freight data
- Troubleshooting any transport issues that arise
- Managing and delegating workorders to workshop staff
- Being a liaison between the sales team and workshop team
- Dealing with customers on their logistics queries
- Organising collections of purchased stock
- Ability to work in an organised and logical manner to meet deadlines as well as being cost effective

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following:

- Knowledge of interstate logistics
- Problem solving skills
- Effective communication, time management and organisational skills
- Sound computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service experience
- Previous relevant experience
- Current Drivers licence

**What you need to do now**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altona North, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics (preferred)
- Transportation planning (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
