**In this role you will**

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis of marketing & product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to gather and analyse data requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Help to design and execute CRO experiments to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and overall marketing effectiveness (e.g attribution model).
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead Unloan's acquisition performance meeting and proactively uncover insight that help drive decision-making to leadership.
- Unloan's marketing and product teams to become 'self-sufficient' in use of data and insights.
- Collaborate with insights leadership team to develop strategy and roadmap for the Acquisition team.

**We're interested to hear from people who have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a fintech, e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRO and designing experiments to test hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL (preferably BigQuery), Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with GenAI is a must
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
