Exciting opportunity to join the payroll team of an organisation that provides support to our community’s most vulnerable including the elderly and people living with disabilities. With a passion for serving the community, they take pride in delivering the highest quality of care through home care services, independent and group homes. community support, and residential care.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your duties will include:

- Processing end-to-end fortnightly and weekly pay runs
- Processing payroll entitlements including penalties, leave and overtime
- Answering payroll queries
- Award interpretation
- Processing payroll adjustments as required
- Preparation of superannuation payments
- Assist with process improvement

To be successful in this role you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, at least 2 years of experience within payroll, an understanding of award interpretation, strong attention to detail and the desire to work within a team whilst contributing to the smooth operation of this excellent organisation.
