We have new role within our People and Culture Team for Casual Social Media Coordinators.

**THE OPPORUTNITY**
We are launching our new Employment Branding on Socials and are searching for self-motivated Social Media Coordinators to join our innovative and growing People and Culture team on a casual basis for approximately 3 months and the best part is that you will be working the hours that fit in with your availability.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
With you knowledge on Socials, you will:

- Help develop a strong social media strategy and plan in line with our broader marketing calendar to grow our social media presence and increase brand awareness.
- Support the implementation of social media strategy across multiple digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
- Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing Manager and the People and Culture Team to create on-brand and engaging content across our social media channels, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Proactively seek opportunities for growing the online community.
- Map out how we engage with the online community, including how our team will contact potential new employees.

**ABOUT YOU**
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- The ability to forward plan and be highly organised.
- The ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
- An extensive understanding of various social channels, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- A high attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Professional communication skills to represent brands in all day-to-day communications both internally and externally.
- Previous experience in a similar role, whilst valuable is not essential.
