We’re looking for a **casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant** to join our busy plasterboard and building supplies team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers over the counter (trade & retail)
- Answer phone calls and provide product support
- Measure and interpret basic dimensions
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for pickups and deliveries
- Keep the counter and showroom area tidy and organised

**About You**:

- Experience in the **building industry or plasterboard trade** is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident spoken and written English
- Able to use a tape measure and understand product specs
- Reliable, presentable, and able to work independently
- **Flexible availability** (5 days/week, Monday to Friday)
