Fantastic opportunity for Sales Superstar to join friendly team in Springvale VIC. As the new Sales Representative, you will meet and exceed business targets and grow existing territory through exploring new and untapped business opportunities whilst maintaining and building on existing customer relationships.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a Sales Representative you are expected to manage both our existing customers and develop new business opportunities and grow territory. You will identify trends and customer needs, build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline in accordance with operational targets, develop strategies for new business and assist in the co-ordination and implementation of marketing strategies that achieve strategic goals.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential customers
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up enquiries
- Collaborating with Branch Manager to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Meeting with potential clients at required locations
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients and their information
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers; closing sales and working with the customer through the closing process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
- Collaborating with Branch Manager on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- and long-term business development plans
- Assist on Sales Counter as required

- Ability to professionally and confidently communicate at all levels
- Previous sales experience with knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an effective team member
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience.- Note: Applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia.
