**The company**
Due to consistent growth, this well-known and trusted national distributor of wiring accessories, home automation and LV switchgear is seeking a Technical Sales Representative, to manage existing relationships whilst developing new business.

**The position**
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors, positioning our client as the preferred supplier in the market. Your duties will include promoting their products and services, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. We're looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen.

**Duties include**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
- Promote company products/services and drive new customer acquisition.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Utilise CRM tools to manage calls, call cycles, and customer information.
- Collaborate with the team on sales forecasts, budgets, and promotional activities.

**Your key skills and competencies will include;**
- Qualified Electrician with experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn sales techniques.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Sales Force is a plus.
