**About the role at TPG Telecom**

The sales support specialist's primary role is to support the Wholesale and Carrier Account Management team to ensure Wholesale/Carrier customer service requests are actioned efficiently and professionally. This will involve quality assurance of sales documentation, preparation of customer order contracts, working with the customer to compile detailed requirements for installation, and managing the ordering process to ensure 100% accuracy on hardware and access line orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Support Team Training - Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives
- Customer Support Technology Management - Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high-levels of support
- Customer Support Team Enablement - Collect and analyze customer data to optimize the workflows, operating procedures, and resources to enable support teams
