**The Bank Reconciliation Officer will**:

- Prepare bank reconciliations for the CAA and multiple customers
- Coordinate the receipting for CAA and multiple clients to be accurately reflected in the general ledger and correctly allocated to the bank reconciliation
- Prepare internal and external balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide advice and assistance to internal and external clients and maintain good working relationships with key customer contact officers to meet SLA requirements
- Investigate and follow up outstanding variances and incorrect receipting
- Assist the financial operations and internal audit areas of CAA (as required)
- Cultivate a team environment that actively seeks business process improvements and adopts technological innovations, with consideration to improving experiences for customers and productivity measures in the team
- Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
