Operations Officer Banking Services and Card

An exciting opportunity for an Operations Officer to support BOQ Group during our transformation journey on permanent basis. The Operations Officer role works within the Banking Services and Card Operations team providing administration support in relation to Card Operations including ATM and EFTPOS disputes, returned mail, Deceased Estates, Stationery, Government Requests (including ATO, Services Australia), Audits, Invalid statements, Insolvency, Account switching, Packages report and Mortgage Offset report, PRP, token management system, garnishees, and any other tasks as directed.
